What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for standard shipping.
Do you offer a warranty on your bicycles and sports equipment?
Yes, all Cradiac bicycles come with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a 6-month warranty on original components against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 10-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for assembled bicycles.
How do I choose the right frame size for a Cradiac bike?
We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. Generally, size S is for riders 5'0"-5'4", M for 5'5"-5'8", and L for 5'9" and above.
Will my bicycle arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebar, and seat post using the toolkit provided.
